SPC(P) 92 F re-enlisting to go airborne for 6y contract 18k bonus , been in for 3 years I definitely don’t want to get stuck being a fueler. Should I just re-class first or reenlist for airborne and then decide about that later?

Reclass first, but I strongly recommend you go Airborne and stay a fueler. Airborne fueler have a good promotion rate and fuelers can be stationed at some great locations that have aviation like Tampa, various Germany spots, and multiple Army Airfields like Hunter and Wheeler. Plus, you're only a fueler doing fueler stuff at lower ranks. Once you become a senior NCO your job is logistics.

Talk to a Guidance Counselor and find out which MOS has airborne shortages. You might be surprised on what is offered and may not want to be in combat arms if that is all there is. I suggest you consider another MOS that is not combat support. Rank is slow in most of those MOS with exceptions. I wish I was offered 18K back in my day to put my knees into the breeze. Airborne is an experience that a Legg will never know!

Reclassify first, you'll have a better chance of getting Airborne.
