Your thoughts on NCOERs rating you in a duty position that you are not serving in.

Your units key leaders are deployed they have taken the home UIC forward, the rear-d has a differnet UIC. There is no approved MTOE for this UIC, so you are not slotted. You serve in NCOIC position and because of the rear-d having no MTOE on your NCOER your duty position is the same as it was prior to deployment and the actual position you are serving is in the additional duties.

SSG Harris, I can tell you that manual entries can be put in the emilpo system. I was a rear d 1SG (had a company of 343 Soldiers) my ERB reflects my duty position as 11Z5M (Infantry company senior sergeant with the 1SG [M] identifier) and my NCOER reflected me in that same position with duty title as company 1SG.
