Phil Heath won his 5th Olympia in a row, without sharing stage with Kai Greene. Dexter surprised everybody with his condition at 46 years old and Rhoden got his 3rd place... again.

There's a lot of fans saying that this was the worst competition in years and that the results should have been different. Some have mentioned that Heath's win was just because politics and not real condition, which I think was flawless. Are you happy with the results? What are your thoughts about this year competition?

I didn't care much for it but I am waiting to hear out the truth about why Kai Greene was not allowed to compete. A whopping majority in the BB community know that something shady is taking place.

Kai has this great attitude and charisma that a lot of those meat heads lack (starting with Phil).

SGT (Join to see) however, for me, Dexter was the surprise this year and a good waking call for Heath. I expected a little more from Roden...

SGT (Join to see) he was HUGE!!! I mean, chinese wall huge!!! Even though I'm a Roden's fan, Big Ramy's place shouldn't been above 4th. 317lbs was he weighting on stage? wow!

Congrats to all the competitors. Takes a lot of discipline to get to that point. Now I feel weak as hell trying to bench three plates......

SGT(P) (Join to see) - Ok I might be retired and all, but I DON'T EVER want to hear you say that "We Privates are good at following orders" again. Your current rank is only temporary, and you WILL increase it. You'll go to the boards and HULK SMASH the fuck out of em. Kill that shit so bad the CSM will get at parade rest asking YOU if YOU'RE ready to leave the board in the first five minutes. If you put as much time into your career and family as you did to begin looking like a younger CT Fletcher, I fully expect to see SSG stripes on your arms in 24-36 months. SFC within 60 months if not sooner. Maybe (God forbid) 2LT? CT commands you to GROW, physically AND mentally. I echo that command (even though NCO's can only give lawful orders), but you get the point...or do you need remedial reps under the bar to reinforce what was just told to you?

SSG Keith Cashion although I love watching their shows, I don't think is that healthy. However, with the pass of the years they know how their bodies works and react to x or y training and diet.
