A group is planning a protest outside of a church with "F*** Jesus" signs and shirts-is this inciting violence? Is it protected speech?

I am confused... the article says anti-islam...
I suspect either way it is protected... and either way it is stupid. The problem is that christians and jews don't launch Jihad for this sort of thing, which happens all the time; the slandering of religions. But, when someone slanders Islam it is a bigger deal?
It is all protected, all in bad taste, and should all be universally condemned. This country was founded on freedom of religion... that means all religions. We all need need to be tolerant and accepting of other views.

I listened to that dialogue on CNN. The guy got devoured by Anderson Cooper for all the good reasons. He had no leg to stand on other than being caught up in emotional rage and dragging a rally of other ignoranuses with him. Worse yet, putting his family in jeopardy, he's a total idiot and disgrace to being called an American.

Sure it's protected speech. But, to don your "F*** Islam" T-shirts while toting your firearms? WTF, over? If this ass-hatter pulls this off, Al Jazeerah nightly news already has their lead-in story.
