After going into the Army in January as prior Navy, what’s the earliest I can apply for officer?

You're definitely too old for OCS, although there are age waivers. If you passed the bar you could direct commission into the JAG Corps. As for the Intel branch, you don't get to pick your branch. There's an order of merit list where you rank against your peers and the highest get first pick. Unless you're already a superstar, you're not suddenly going to become one overnight while competing against a bunch of fast tracking NCOs and Enlisted.
A better route might be to apply to become a JAG warrant if you can't pass the bar exam. For most warrant officer MOSs you'll need to be at least an E5 who has passed Advanced Leaders Course, which is our E6 PME.

What kind of officer are you wanting to be? There’s lots of options. You’re a paralegal, correct? Considering law school?

So I’m in a cross roads. Graduated law school in 2017. Took the bar three times and keep increasing. 675 to pass Texas. 571, 648, 665 were my scores over a 2 yr period of time. But I lost steam, I need a balance in my life versus part time and hammering the bar. I was under the impression I don’t get to pick a branch. But I would like intel or logistics. Jags cut off is 42, and if I never pass the bar, I may just get too old for ofc. On the flip side if I go officer, and there is a minimum commitment for that particular branch , i may not make the 42 yr age for jag. Thanks for commenting

SPC Luis Moreno - by your current progression you should pass the bar on your next go. Understand you are discouraged, but you also finished law school 2017, The student debt has to be crushing. Seeking a direct Commission as a JAG officer, pick a branch, is your best bet. You just need the bar.

I actually saw a guy do this while at SF Group. He was an 18D with about 6 years in. He passed the bar on his own time and then did a direct commission. He said the same thing about finding information about direct commission. Apparently, it's almost impossible to find the information about it, but it is still very possible to direct commission into JAG, Chaplain, AMEDD and Cyber while on Active Duty.
