Well, finally talked myself into it...am applying for re-entry to Reserves and it sounds like the VTU for me if successful. I recall some details of the VTU from my brief SELRES career between periods of AD, but was wondering if any RP officers on the Navy side had completed this process and had any advice, words of wisdom, and or the "gouge" on making a "good" year, etc?

Voluntary Training Unit-Basically, drilling without pay for continuance of career without an assigned SELRES billet. Hoping for possible SELRES/TAD entry to follow. Step one? shift colors from civilian to Reserves again :)
