Any tips for a soldier on a time crunch to Korea?

I have orders to Camp Walker, Korea and my report date is 64 days away. Unfortunate family circumstances as granted me guardianship of my niece(15). I want to take her with me. So, if anyone has anything that would help me to speed the process up with command sponcership, deferment of orders, EFMP, clearing ect. I would greatly appreciate it.

Let both chain of commands know what is going on, fill out all needed paperwork as quickly as possible and always keep a copy

Actually, You have to contact that unit to see if they even allow command sponsorship. If they do not, then you may want to pursue a compassionate reassignment option or find a long-term family care plan option.
