Anyone from the first QMP board have any insight as to how the separation pay and Va disability ratings went for you guys?

http://www.reenlistment.com has a scale for involuntary separation pay. You can get your medical records from your TMC. When you out process the reserve component gives you a 4187 for finance that authorizes your separation pay because with the re4 code you are not eligible to join the reserve component.

Your local ACAP office, or whatever they call it now, should have a contact you turn your med records into to determine your VA disability. As far as seperation pay Google the ARs, or call your local finance office to point you in the right direction.
