Anyone know what I should say to start some kind of fundraiser to pay for my meds which went up to $750 a month?

Man I don't know what to do.

I got to word it right. I could use some assistance to get it correctly worded for results
I don't know how they do the budget federal. I know the spend a lot of money and time on these people jumping the border in the last few months.
My meds went crazy the cost man.
I literally have to fight with this crowd who is taking a piece the pie federal getting divided in resources. I am more now then ever before a guy who believes America should take care of America first. I mean is that not how you build a winning team?
Man I had to wait for years to get a housing voucher. These people jump the border and get people in government jumping on TV saying man we got to help them out man! And bring your friends!
I don't know what the latest Military QOL report says, but I bet it might say something like this 2001

Quality of Life
Naval Research Advisory Committee
800 North Quincy Street
Arlington, VA 22217-5660
"Many recruits are deficient in basic academic skills. DON should provide mandatory remedial training before first duty assignment for those who require it."
Anyways I am going on some different angles. But the reality is I believe we need to take care of and improve what we have here in people education resources etc before we keep on bringing in people who are going to instantly be out of touch with the system and stress it more.
Man the people you see on TV most 99..9 percent did not serve or if they did not get a medical issue and end up homeless for any amount of time. When I was struggling really tore up from that military enlistment, I had to fight with Mexicans for day labor just to eat man. no joke man. There everywhere and Americans will hire them if they are $20 dollars cheaper. I think this is what our society has become. It is only loyalty to that thing a piece of paper. I had loyalty way deeper then that. I did things with less money then they could even comprehend or wish to even try to do. A lot of self protectionist.
I just want to pay for my meds and not feel like well sort of an outcast and actually get through school. I have goals. I bet if I went to Mexico or Honduras and instantly got some food or housing benefit right in front of line from some injured Mexican federal worker then I bet they would be throwing me over the bridge.
Medicare is a joke. They let you fail. You have to certify every year on something they say is permanent? You miss one paper work and you fall out of the system lose your god damn meds and the cost they were at. So when you finally get your same exact script is now $750 a month. Generic are generic get it right. When you talk to someone on the phone no doubt the call center is actually in the Phillipines!!! You have to request someone here in the United States.

I think I could be a whole psych book for psych students 20 different chapters.
20 different meds over 20 different years. Lithium was the first one noted in my Navy records 1999
It is like Rip Van Winkle who was in the Civil War Fell Asleep for 20 years woke up to a land that was 20 years moved on and he went back to town and they were talking about him
It is like th Odyssey King Odysseus disappeared 20 years on his Battle to Troy. He young son grew up. Everyone had thought he was gone for ever. Back in the day no internet to like email.
So man I am here. I want to get into music and because the VA won't help me, I did it alone, and am on probation already. I like the online school. But I need to do the work
I need a tutor.
Man this is Rage Against the Machine with the Constitution man and no color lines or bigotry.

Wow!!! Reading your post made my head hurt!! You might be better off taking a break from those meds. Maybe then you can string together a more coherent and intelligent post.
If you have a “Permanent” Disability rating from the VA, your meds should not cost you a dime unless you choose to see a different, non-VA doctor. As an example, I have a 100% rating from the VA. I was medically retired after 16.5 years and qualify for Tricare Prime for Retirees. I could drive 45 minutes each way to the VA for routine medical care free of charge. Or, I can pay $48/mo for the Tricare Prime and my whole family is covered. I pay a $20 copay to see my civilian doctor and a $10 copay for prescriptions at my local pharmacy. Both my doctor and my pharmacy are less than a 10 minute drive. I choose to go that route rather than waste my time driving back and forth to the VA.
That decision is based on many factors:
1. I’ve heard too many horror stories about the quality and timeless of care by the VA System.
2. I can afford the $48/month and it covers myself, my wife and our four kids that range in age from 3 to 21 years old. My step-daughter is still on Tricare since she is a full time college student.
3. I realize that some veterans cannot afford that additional monthly expense and the VA is their only option. If I were to go to the VA for “free” treatment, it would take an appointment time from a veteran who cannot afford Tricare.
At the end of the day, you should not have to resort to some sort of begging campaign through “Go Fund Me” or any of the other similar web sites.

Thanks for the response my man. You are decorated there bud.
Man I did not get along so far only from 18 -26 and the following month literally, re1 honorable May, June I am in a civilian psych hospital medicated this is like 20 years ..
well lets see they said I was a medicare recipient meaning homeless 10000% whatever you want to term it....medicare is different the va..there is no 10 20 30 40 50 ...nope man its like all or nothing and if you are all...then you get $900!!!! and you can live on that for a while...I mean I won't get into details...but well lets see...
this is even before I got to the va..because some cool Army guy met me dragged me in there...
but again medicare...they got me hooked on brand name meds..for like 5 years..man straight high quality stuff..and the va is like nope nope nope generic buddy we like the generic here...you know this is top notch generic...same ingredient...but does not make you feel the same...
well they will hold onto this statement same active ingredient..but the pill looks different..and if you go online...generic only needs to be in a certain range of the brand..the original formula..and you know how companies are..they are like well who is looking anyways...
so well basically it is back to the same thing..man this is what I am going for...and man that is like a bunch of my income.......
man it is like an anti depressant and more...
and I know you are Army....
and my navy army transfer was Permanently Profiled stopped at MEPS 1998 for so many medical conditions ..and I never was put through the DES...and they discharged me without a discharge physical..
but who knows its all gravy....
found out my real dad is infantry army radioman 1966-68 Vietnam...RIP Michael Albert Hassay
Miss him
