Anyone on here a retired Flight Surgeon that would be willing to offer an opinion on Severe Sleep Apnea and how it equates to a FC III?

It was "Highly Suggested' that I retire and I was being threatened with dismissal from AGR program for having numerous medical issues that would not permit me to pass a PT test...Long story short I got fed up with the toxic leadership and put in paperwork with an open code 31 thinking that would halt any of the commanders doings, applied for AFBCMR but they are not focusing on Severe OSA.

I did at the time and it was documented as service connected as well as appreciated by the VA towards my disability pension

I was on Tricare Prime Remote at the time and my Pulmonologist is a civilian doctor that is not familiar with the AF Regulations as they pertain to aircrew and the FC III physicals, so my counsel suggested we get a statement from a Flight Surgeon laying out what needs to occur or what the alternatives should be since the Pulmonologist answered several questions on the questionnaire incorrectly.
