Are Air Force personnel allowed to participate in the Norwegian Foot March and earn the badge? And is it allowed to be worn?

The regulations in AFI 36-2903 (paragraph 10.2.2.3) and AFI 36-2806 (paragraph A9.4.3) make me think we can't wear it, and even question whether we can participate at all.

If it's anything like the Army, you can participate and accept the award, but not wear it.
For the Army, AR 600-8-22 has a giant appendix in the back that lists every foreign award and specifies whether we can wear it or not. In the case of the Norwegian foot march, it's token acceptance only. I'm not sure what the AF equivalent manual would be.

If you are interested, look into it! This year is a unique opportunity to participate, since they waived the usual requirement of having a Norwegian military official at the event due to COVID-19. Because of that, units that normally can't host this event due to lack of Norwegian military personnel in the area can conduct the march and earn the badge! Civilians can participate, as well as military, so I'm sure retired personnel are more than welcome!

TSgt (Join to see) - Thanks John. Id love to but all the hardware in my back would make a march like this impossible.
