Are all YouTube videos banned/censored from Rally Point? Or did the GEICO link I used become corroded over time?

I posted a GEICO link and asked a question about a favorite video a while back and the link went bad, or something. I am really not certain where to direct the above question. I am not trying to point fingers at anyone either. Just trying to understand.
I have not posted on Rally Point recently with any continuity. I noticed a comment response a few minutes ago that a RP member posted to a question I asked referring to GEICO commercials. The attached video link was disconnected or went private. The link worked when I posted the question. Can someone explain the reasons that the video link went bad or corrodes or becomes censored. Please provide information.

Only problem I’ve seen is that regular YouTube links don’t work on mobile devices.

It should work. I see people posting YouTube links on here all of the time. Maybe the change was on the YouTube side.

CPT (Join to see) - Looks like whoever uploaded the video to YouTube has the video set as private. That would explain why the link from RP looks awry. The link through to YouTube actually works properly, but the YouTube video settings won't let it play.
