Are cinnamon rolls considered breakfast, dessert, or a snack?

My wife made a pan of homemade pumpkin cinnamon rolls this morning. I gladly ate mine at the table while enjoying my morning coffee. I got up to make some eggs and she said, "do you not like the cinnamon rolls?" I said, of course I do. She says, "Well I made them for breakfast.." O.o She insists they are breakfast - where I feel they are a dessert of a snack item. What say you?

They are everything. The heal the soul. There is never a time when they are not appropriate.
Unless they have been left out and are cold and stale, and that's a hear wrenching crime.

Any and all. I've had cinnamon rolls with breakfast. I've had them as a warm snack on a cold day. Sometimes I've even had them as a dessert with hot chocolate. It's a perfect food item that can pretty much be eaten whenever you want a little pick me up. But they're best when they are warm, so if they are freshly made, that's when I'm eating them.
