I am trying to fill some white space with some training. Before I know what training to conduct I should have a METL. I am being told the Army is now mandating all METLs. On ATN I did find mandated METLs for Brigade and higher. Has anyone seen a mandated METL for any smaller units? If you have please point me in the right direction.
I am tracking a PLT does not have a METL but Key Tasks.

I cannot speak for a platoon, but on an ODA we collaborated with our leadership to determine our METL. Contrary to popular belief a METL can change over time because of the difference between core METL and directed METL derived from mission requirements, reference FM 7-0 chapter 4.

The lowest level you will find a METL is at the company level. Your Key Tasks should support that METL.

So I took another look at the ATN, found the METLs they have are for Bn, which means the Company Commanders have very little room for their own METL as theirs must nest with higher. Personally it's a sad day that HQDA has to micromanage a Bn METL, it shows no trust in leaders.

You are an Infantryman, regardless of whether METL is mandated your Key Tasks/collective tasks that support the METL really never change. It's always the same shit Offense Operations, Defensive Operations, etc. etc.
You're always going to conduct an attack, movement to contact, conduct air assault operations, conduct a defense etc. etc. You can never train enough on any of those tasks and there are a billion individual tasks that support those so, your team leaders should never have an issue finding tasks to train during Sergeants Time or hip pocket training.

You already know SFC, when the Army says its going to do something, it takes them awhile to get around to it. Yes METLs are "supposed" to be mandated, they just haven't put them out yet. Plus I think they saw the problem in trying to create a mandatory METL when they started having units fill positions in different theater commands (i.e. 1ST Cav doing the South Korea rotations and 3ID doing Joint Training Ops in Europe as with 82nd). My best advice would be staying within the collective & individual key tasks to keep your guys training as much as they can. I'm pretty sure once you look through all those, you can fill plenty of white space

The Commander does traditionally create his MET based off the mission set and 7-0 is great for that. But I'm being told there is a HQDA mandated Infantry Company METL, looking for a lead on where to find this unicorn.

MSG (Join to see) You may have been there already, but the only place I can think that a METL might be published is on the CATS system via the Army Training Network. We previously did all of our BFA prep using the old manuals but CATS is said to replace the old manuals. You should be able to search for an infantry company and CATS provide a list of METL.
