Yes, it’s a NGB wide known issue, it’s really getting a lot of people bottleknecked.

And let’s be honest, unless you have a civilian job medically related, the re-certs and trainings are a bit lacking for the reserve components on this MOS and its requirements to maintain.
I love being a medic. But we need to determine if we’re serious about medical readiness within our reserve components.

Yes, very limited seats for RC soldiers for ph 1 and even less for 2 and 3 and good luck going to all of them in the same fiscal year. Had to go back to 11B to get ALC

Yes. It doesn't help that SSD breaks down all the time and locks out soldiers as well. I signed up two years ago and it looks like I will ETS before I get a chance to go (and possibly stay in).

Yes, It has been taking years. I just completed SLC in September; I have been waiting for over 4 years for a seat.

I was 95B ARMY MILITARY POLICE, 91B COMBAT MEDIC, 91S CHIEF PREVENTIVE MEDICINE NCO. ..68W should be in clinics and hospitals. ...NOT A BATTALION AID STATION IN COMBAT ARMS ....

Yes. I just completed ALC phase 1. It took almost 2 years to get a slot. I’m slotted for phase 2 and 3 and the end of FY2018
