Are soldiers any less allowed to say something, if they *see* something, or is it not our everlasting duty?

One point that I noted and bet others missed: The "news" services cause and encourage riots.
But, those mindless elected liberals miss that and attempt to focus such as a "Trump-only" rhetoric.
Personally, I'd love to see a Congressional Committee investigate such. The Press isn't any "freer than I am, speech-wise: I cannot mention that during the past winter holidays that the 5-Ps of the various airlines <"bombed">, without worrying about being labelled some sort of a terrorist.
Maybe I missed something, but at what point would I be incorrect to "...support and defend the Constitution of the United States..." as I understand it, as the SCOTUS has deemed it is or as it is to be perceived to be, either in its unabridged or various amended versions?
As Lincoln asked, "At what point, ...?"

I would hope so. We started as a rural nation of about 3 million people and we are now a mostly urban nation of 330+ million people.
