Are we making real progress in our fight to eliminate sexual assaults in the military?

"In the war against sexual assault, the Army keeps shooting itself in the foot."
Annual cases reported to the Defense Department have more than doubled since 2007. Pentagon officials say troops are now more likely to file reports because they have greater trust in the military to investigate complaints and protect victims.
According to Pentagon officials, the increase is actually a sign of progress. They say troops are more likely to report assaults than in the past because they have more faith in the military to properly investigate such crimes.
That assertion, however, has been undercut by a rash of scandals.
Now, we knew, when we started down this road in 2009/2010, that before we solved this, reports would increase dramatically, because we knew sexual assaults are historically dramatically under-reported.
That said, are we making progress? Real progress? This article leads us to believe otherwise.
Frustrating, to say the least.

The issue is that we are always applying a patch to a wound, while not looking underneath the patch. More time should be spent trying to find the root cause. IMO, Hagel and Carter are to blame for much of the debauchery that results in sexual assault. Further, more effort should be taken to see how this occurred and the activities of the individuals involved to ascertain, if the assault charge is validated. Expanding the reporting has created a bubble and there are many that use this as a means of getting back at someone that they have had a problem with post-agreeable sexual encounter. Considering it a form of PTSD resulting in a disability claim is in the formula, also. When a senior NCO or Commander is charged, I would doubt that it is the first time. If they have overlooked similar charges, then their senior should also be charged. With the mix we have in the military, sexual assault occurs to male, female and everything else that we now consider acceptable in the ranks. Kepner's boss should be fired, along with him.

Col we should ask our FBI agents in Saudi Arabia to graph out all Terrorists attacks, lone wolf attacks and sexual assaults, including any and all shootings. This should be done as Iran threatened Saudia Arabia with “Divine Revenge”, is this like UCI’S? Where UCI’s alter behavior and “Devine Revenge” alters behavior? Is this an attack on Saudi Arabia by Iran threw Angelic Relms? Queen Elizabeth in the mid 1,500’s is quoted saying “we will bring Algelic relms into Mans Laws”. Which in translation we should include these types of acts into our UCMJ and Geneva Conventions Act. These acts are disturbing and debilitating, they should also include the purple hart award, as these incidents cause people to commit suicide, a very real injury of war. In war tactics, operations, attacks are at any level imaginable. We need to pay attention to “Devine Revenge” from Iran. This is a very real announcment of a very real attack against our Allies in Saudi Arabia. As we have seen in our school shootings and mass homocides in Paris and the US. These attacks should also include treason at any level in our Government. You don’t have to believe me or understand what I am saying is true or false, all we need to do is analyze Saudia Arabia from 10 years past and lets see what happens in the next 10 years, will homicde increase in Saudia Arabia? Will we see if Irans “mysterious Devine Revenge threat” changes any graph charts in patterns of crime and mental illness in Saudi Arabia? Will they become a prozak Nation? Should we buy stocks in Prozack? As we can see it may have a spike in sales over the next few years with Irans UCI’s.

Col, I have one last comment on Sexual Misconduct in the DOD. President Obama recognized that UCI’s can cause sexual Misconduct. That being said if someone were to hire Malcom Mcfarlan who authord Sick Systems and is a KKK Wizard who is related to Greg Mcfarlan at the West Buro Babtist Church and who is also a KKK Wizard these guys charge 1,500 per person for influence. Now what they would need is for someone to steal thousands of names from the VA and then use those names during influence rituals and then establish mental health clinics to bill the government for these troops to be treated, as UCI’s are never prosecuted, as this is just an individual issue. Which means one could establish a pharmacuticle and get on the pharmacology list for selling placebos to the feds. This is a billion dollar idea. Then one could establish living facilities where if the troops become soo debilitated and need a care facility where financial managers take care of their monies, that can add millions to a franchise operation nation wide. Just the pharamcuticle alone would generate a billion a year. So if someone is into UCI’s this is a great business opertunity. Besides Mental Health services refuses to accept any type of influence to manifest unbecoming behavior. Its Iron clad no one chalenges mental health. It’s a billion dollar industry a very influential industry I wouldn’t want to get in their way. I wrote a book on this stuff the FBI and secret service have this info already. If UCI’s alter behavior then one can make billions with this info. Unfortunatly the victims will probably loose control over their lives. But hey we let it happen and Mental Health is the best business to own and operate, UCI’s drive their patients. Should we overhaul Mental Health services? What mental disorder does someone get if they are the victim of a UCI? How does mental health treat UCI’s? Is this a medical issue or some kind of influence issue? Its like one hand does not know what the other hand is doing. However in a business since it’s the secret sauce that makes everything run smoothly.
