Lockheed brings ATHENA production for the US Army. Does the Army always have to follow the Navy?

He was a Marine he got more than once. He was going to Desert Storm they loaded up and by the time they got there it was over.

CPT L S - Sir, I'm not sure if the risk assessment would allow a junior troop to handle one of those. And they need to be qualified to use it. And that mofo is huge!

My beloved Navy already has laser based weapons and I'm pretty sure it could be modified to put laser beams on sharks or dolphins (as the Navy does have dolphins in our inventory).

The EOD Program has been testing ordnance disruption with lasers for at least a decade. There is many applications for it but UXOs, IEDs and the like.

Can I get some freekin sharks with laser beams on their heads? LOL
