SSG Matthew Adkins - I have great respect for all Marines specially 2/7 Marines 2008 from Farah, and Helmend province Afghanistan; no matter the odds they continued to fight.

Not about me, but placing a burden on a legal system that is already over taxed. Additionally, especially if a Marine, don't be so cowardly as to file anonymously.

Not tracking your comment in or out of context? Additionally, are you implying that the Corps is in anyway effected by the Nation's currency?

Someone has tried that in the 80's I believe. As thing go if he wins someone c as needed go to court to agree for its return. I wish I had a life were a can pursue trivial quests.

P03 David Davis, it is not trivial specially when you see so many US Citizens showing their faith in the other guy by their stated fear of Syrian refugees and their reluctance to show compassion.

That's F'n stupid, should the whole US currency bend to suit one persons beliefs? I really really hope their chain of command digs in their A** for this.

you really think a command would be stupid enough to go after someone for applying their civil rights? the IG would go down that chain of command with thunder bolts...

Good on him for having time, money and energy to pursue something ridiculous as that.
With all that said, he should have went against a more noble/practical cause. There are plenty to go around, that are more tangible, and even on a local scale.

Keep in mind that the same attorney lost in May 2014 in the Second Circuit ( http://www.adfmedia.org/files/US-NewdowDecision.pdf ) (New York) and is advancing the same failed arguments in the Eighth Circuit (Minnesota).

They'll keep trying until they find a court that is more amenable to setting new precedents instead of following them. True of every piece of judicial legislating in recent times.
