Please share this through your social media networks. Any veteran, dependent Marine or other branches that served at Lejeune during these years needs to know that after 30 years the VA is recognizing the contaminations and they can receive benefits and reimbursement for out of pocket expenses incurred over the years for the listed medical problems. Get the word out to your veteran networks and social media.

Thanks, CSM, for posting this. In general, to determine eligibility for presumptives, review the Agent Orange presumptives. Those are based on the science of dioxin exposure, which is also the basis of the Camp L contamination (as well as Ft McLellan and other dirty bases)...

LCDR Rabbi Jaron Matlow, even tho they told me at the VA I was exposed and show symptoms Ft McClellan soldiers or veterans are not eligible to claim even tho Camp Lejeune is approved and anything with agent orange there was a woman veteran and a movie director who is fighting that because we were also exposed but they wont let us claim ours, If you go in and file a claim against Ft McClellan it will be denied or put on a back shelf for years I no have been trying to go threw it. I only got to claim on half my symptoms even. But yet they bumped me to 100% and they made sure I understand that I am going to die from this and they are surprised I am not gone already but yet the claim that was turned in to for Ft McClellan was closed. I have the letters here in my folder to prove it. They said I was luckier then most that I was showing symptoms while in the military or I would be getting nothing on my service connected claims. So many that were at Fort McClellan and did not show symptoms like I did during my military time do not get anything from what the main office in Fargo told me. They I think bumped me up on the other claims and dropped Ft. McClellan saying I can not get more then 100% so leave it be and then sent me that letter dropping that other claim. But the VA person at the court house here sent in a claim for Fort McClellan even tho the lady at the Fargo said if he did that it would drop the first claim and go to the new one and it made me loose part of my back pay too. Now we have a new worker. He was again supposed to call me on the choice card stuff today and here it is 4:37 and no call yet. It is like we are nothing and no body and now I am going to be loosing my medical from the state I live in so I will not be getting emergency care up here any longer. They will not force me to move to a city where I already no I can not live in have already tried it for 4 yrs. and came back to the country.

The bill was HR2052 went to white house and denied even tho agent orange was a part of it and then went again before the white house as HR411 and it sits idle and has not been approved for Fort McClellan that is why I keep posting the videos in hopes someone will do something about that. How is that fair we got hit with it all there and get flushed or swept under the carpet. I no guys that have agent orange who have troubles and are much older then me that have been living better and I am younger and I can name at least 16 veterans in my area that are with agent orange in their 60's and 70's and have been able to go places and have a life who check up sometimes on me and say they would not want to be in my shoes. So yes at times I do not understand and I do get upset. Watch the videos do the research about the Ft. McClellan. I would love someone to mail me the proof that I can force them to claim on it. And soon I will have no medical up here the choice card is only for 48 hr ahead notices and not for any emergencies so what good is it to those of us like me who can not call ahead and say hey I am going to drop in 48 at such and such place and will need care. I tool 7 trips to er in a month and a half and 2-3 were by ambulance from public stores or areas. And if I would not have had other medical with the state then who would have paid the bills. And the steps to do it because no one wants to help that I have contacted and I have called senators, Governors and congress on it. I can live where I am on this amount of money if I move I can not afford a house payment or rent with this amount. The guy here at the VA in our court house also said he would be sure to find me help with rides to the VA and nothing. Ok so it only is telling me they really don't care one way or another if I die. Even Veterans I no who do live near a city can't get in for regular appointments in time either. I saw the doctor up here 3 mos ago on my leg brace that I am needing and wow they wait until August knowing part of my pain is that and it has affected me being able to walk. And by August I won't have anymore MN care anyway. I so tired of the whole darn system.

Well it is not my main pain in the body over all, but the pain to walk. It makes no since for waiting until they may have to cut it off more tax $ out and loss of foot that may have been able to be protected and I can care for myself better with a brace without more tax $ being spent for in home care givers to once up on brace. I did get a letter from our Senator to fill out and send back. Actually saw the va guy at the court house before the 5th and he just called yesterday. There are a lot of veterans up in this area. But now all the waiting has for sure canceled my medical in june instead of August that I had to help me with my leg brace the va gave me just a lift in my shoe but no support for the ankle itself. My dr appt for leg brace is in 2 days no time to wait for calls and mailings. So I called the ucare ombudsman dept to see. wow the call this number call that number go on line with no working password they assigned and mail this and that is horrible. I sure wish I could work again and forget this crap. But they say I will get worse before I ever get better before I die. bummer
