I always prefer resistance training with weights. If I didn't have any weights, I could accomplish plenty with resistance bands and creativity.

I have to have some resistance training as well. I like bands and weights.

P90X3 is a pretty great program, it's also not as time intensive as the original P90X, I think it goes down to 20 or 30 min a workout. It's also pretty easy to find as a download.

Patrick, this was more of a question for any home programs. Are you a coach?

P90X and the Shaun T workouts are usually pretty good. Plus you can always look online for body weight exercises that require little to no equipment.

P90X had worked for me, but it is time intensive. 1 to 1.25 hours daily (if you follow the complete program), not including shower and cleanup. I stopped doing it because I will either have to get up way earlier then I need to, or burn up my evening personal time doing it.

I find I get more out of running the 1.5 miles to the train, then stopping at the gym for a workout before work. At least the shower and hot tub are in the same place.
