The t-shirt is a great one. If you figured your time to be worth $20 an hour, how many hours do you work to pay for those drugs when 10-15 hours of exercise a month would eliminate the need for any of those medications?
If there is one thing the army gave me, it was my health.

CPT Michael Barden Here is my old company coin when I was in LRS. We were the "Elite Bastards." When my company went back in 05 they put up some art work. It was all the craze. Stuff like this probably would fly anymore.
