What are the most military friendly schools you've used TA or the GI Bill with?

I had a great experience with Grand Canyon University (GCU). I majored in Public Safety Administration through the Ken Blanchard College of Business (KBCOB). I had a wonderful advisor Chaz Smith and an engaged instructor core. This was before the 9/11 GI Bill so I had to pay for part of each class. However, I was able to get a federal job making twice as much as I was before. And after completing a deployment I received my commission. I owe a large part of my professional and academic success to GCU and my wonderful wife.

Marlon, This is an awesome story. Congrats on your commission and hard work in school! I'd like to connect with you and maybe offer you an opportunity to write a RallyPoint blog entry in the future. I know there are plenty of folks that could really learn from your experience at GCU.

Western Governors University is easily the best University for IT degrees. They provide for the cost of certifications in their tuition, plus they charge per semester, not per credit so you can take as many classes as you can finish per 6 month period.

Interesting…I haven't heard of that per-semester charge before.
Everything I always took was per credit hour. Western Governors sounds like a great spot for getting the full degree in a timely manner. How many classes could you fit into 6 months?
