Some military movies got overlooked in the recognition department. I liked "The Siege of Firebase Gloria"-just because R. Lee Ermey rocked it with his one-liners! What other less-known tasty military nuggets are out there, possibly undiscovered?

While I do not know if this one is under rated, but I did not hear of it until I found it on cable...it was in Russian and German, so get ready to read sub-titles, but Stalingrad rocked. Another great Russian war movie is The Beast of War.

“Boys in Company C” was the best Marine Corps Vietnam movie in my opinion. It was also R. Lee Ermey’s first movie and 10x better than Full metal Jacket. But every damn movie like Patton with M60 and M48 tanks playing German Tigers are trash! I loved the Movie “FURY” and “Here comes the Tanks”. Still love being a Tanker!
