I rarely see anyone doing anything for their mid and posterior delts. They're not cool. . . until shoulder injury and chest plateau.

PO1 (Join to see) - I think I barely understand that stuff. I did well in that part of a college course, though.

I know this thread is 5 yrs old but these questions really never go out of style.
You hit the nail on the head. The moment I saw it I clicked then read down and saw your answer. That's why I'm working specifically on my rear delts. I may not have big bulging muscles, but at least I can make the little ones stand out. I finally have a little bit of shape to my delts despite my bad shoulder. It really hurts, but I just grit my teeth and push through the pain.

LCpl Sidney Green - If anyone is still interested. I've made great progress despite my injury. NOthing to write home about, for any serious bodybuilder, but a personal improvement for me. At least now I can see the shoulder muscle.
My shoulder still hurts everyday, of course, but I persevere with training and rehab nonetheless. To be honest, it hurts regardless, so may as well do the exercise instead of doing nothing.

SFC Stephen King - My shoulders are so jacked up from surgeries, that front and dumbell squats are the on way I can do them. I can't reach back far enough to do regular squats and they also put to much pressure on my neck (bulging discs).

SGM Steve Wettstein No problem. front DB and Kettle bells along with the trx are gr8 variations to accommodate injuries

SGM Steve Wettstein - But what of hack squat, leg press? There are BB with incredible legs that claim they never do squats. Come on now, you know there's more than one way to skin a cat. Now lets get out there and hit some weights.
