Who does the VA partner with for rideshare rides to the VA clinics? Are there any existing transportation programs for using UBER or LYFT?

DAV has purchased 2,496 vehicles to ensure that injured or ill veterans are able to get to their medical appointments.

Hello PO2 Thomas (Rocky) Watson! If you have connections with Peer Specialists, they can assist you in finding transportation resources. Veterans may request a referral for peer support services from their VA health care provider. To find VA mental health services near you, access the VA facilities locator.

I live in a small Rural Town of Rio Vista, CA, twenty miles from nowhere, and this area is not serviced by DAV or the VA for transportation, so I tell all Veterans to sign up with GOGOGRANPARENTS: https://gogograndparent.com for discounted rides with LYFT and I get them to their appointments at theVA Clinics in N.CAland.
