This is a pieced together video, different clips put together as if they are one. In part of it what they are talking about is the Emir of Qatar and comparing his actions to the actions of our President. The translation beneath the video is not accurate. Someone is piecing together videos trying to make something from nothing. The spokesmen in the video are well known and popular in Egypt as commentators.
