(Mind you, before answering note that I switched from guard to active with no break in service)
So when I went through the process of choosing to change my MOS i got the 11X contract which is what i wanted to get my foot in the door. The Option 4 (airborne) or Option 40 (which is rare for PS) wasn't available that day. I didnt raise my hand that day, so with that being said is it possible for me to get the Option 4 or 40 on my contract the day i actually sign my contract and swear in ? or am i pretty much set on 11X. could i talk to the station commander of the recruiting office or someone at Meps for a clearer answer as well ?

If you didn't sign (hand raising is really more symbolic than legally binding), then you can still negotiate. However, don't expect them to be amenable to reworking a contract that is already essentially a done deal. They are going to tell you that "you can do that when you get there, or when you get to your unit," which just puts you in the same "best of luck" boat as everyone else.
So, like buying a car, if you REALLY need this in your contract, be prepared to walk away.

Facts... I was told by my recruiter if I don’t get what I want, walk out and call him, they will make a few phone calls and get somethings signed off on.
Don’t know if it’s true or not but at least I won’t be in some dead end mos that I hate waking up for everyday

Nope. Once you sign that contract, that is it. You are locked in. There is no changing anything on it. You should have held out. Plain speak they punked you as Airborn in a contract is always available.

SGT (Join to see) - Right, so, you're good right now. You still have the power. Once you sign... THAT's when you lose that power - so make sure everything you want is on paper, black and white, before you sign.

You could but will piss some folks off. For active duty you are not under contract until you sign and swear your DD4 prior to ship out. So yes, you could change a contract. If that’s what you want try to do it before reporting to MEPS on your shipping day. Again, you’ll Isa some folks since it requires them taking time from other stuff on their daily operation. And don’t be surprised if the answer is no.

However, don't worry about pissing people off - these people will have zero impact on your future in the military.
