I currently have a bachelor's degree and I've already enlisted as of ten days after my undergrad was completed. I'm currently pursuing a master's degree, which just got extended by one year from now. In addition, my Advanced Camp has been deferred to next summer due to medical. Am I able to commission as soon as I complete Advanced in spite of not completing my master's? If so, how does that work, exactly?

The focus should be on your medical readiness and not on an advanced degree. You may be in a deferred status up till an advance camp date is available and your medical status improves.

MS degree is not required.
Completion of a BS/BA, and two years of ROTC while enrolled full-time in any kind of college courses with the minimum GPA, and completion of advanced camp are the requirements.
You already have one of those done.

Some key items; your health; completing Advanced Camp and the ROTC program. The Master's degree is not an issue for the commissioning if the others are taken care of.
