He was originally supposed to be stationed here but he got his orders taken while on leave so now his time is up to possible get orders like I’ve been trying to go to behavioral health But they were limited People , I feel like I don’t have any support here since I’m from the North. I understand childbirth isn’t a big deal but giving birth is life threatening I just don’t want to be in that delivery room alone and I would feel having my fiancé with me would help . We’re both military and I’m stationed in Hawaii he’s at Ft.lee awaiting orders cause he had his deleted . Thanks in advance

Pregnancy isn't a reason to approve a compassionate reassignment, mainly due to the fact that pregnancy is a temporary thing. Even with health complications. What his command may do however, is allow him to fly there for the birth.

Pregnancy isn’t a valid reason for a compassionate reassignment. You also can’t go anywhere while you’re pregnant, you’re stabilized until the 7th month after child birth

In Hawaii we’re allowed to fly but I was referring to the father since he got his orders deleted already

SPC (Join to see) that’s what I am talking about. Pregnancy is not a valid reason for a compassionate reassignment for either you or him. By the term go anywhere, I mean you can’t PCS.

That is incorrect. You are allowed to fly up until your 7th month. Pregnancy is not a valid compassionate reassignment justification. It can’t even get signed by your BC until it’s meets one of the outlined guidelines. My best advice is if you are affected significantly by this, request a pregnancy chapter if not, learn the best way to cope and just deal with itSPC (Join to see)

CSM Darieus ZaGara That was my fault when I edited her question. I missed her stating it was her fiancé not husband. I made the correction in her question. Sorry for the confusion.

Respectfully
Curt
