I am a ROTC cadet who is waiting on naturalization certificate which I will probably get after spring semester. Is it possible to contract in summer.

They said they have not done this before. My situation is a little bit different than others. I am a MS03 cadet who was unable to contract due to my citizenship status. It's gonna change in upcoming summer
