I love being and NCO and am,currently number one On the Hawaii Guard EPS list for SFC..but there hasnt been a Food service WO in many years. I want to try and change the culture and improve it for other fellow HI guardsmen

Brief description of the jobs/scope and highlight impact and awards/recognition received.
Explain in the narrative your desires and goals as a warrant (expand your span of leadership in the world of food service, etc. that kind of thing).
Be to the point. Not everyone fills out the entire block, you just need to tell the story of why you feel you are fit to become a Warrant Officer.

The narrative section should compliment the other baseline requirements for the MOS such as time as 92G or 68M, food service supervisory time, etc.

Well put just that. "Participated in XX drills and XX annual training events during my tenure. My primary duties and responsibilities included.....while my supervisory duties included..... I was recognized for my leadership on several occasions.... I was called upon to provide oversight during..... I was selected over my peers to.... After XX occasion, I decided I was ready to be a technical leader of my Soldiers and a true expert in my field"

These are some example lead ins. Read it back to yourself out loud to ensure proper word flow and grammar. Have a few people read it to provide feedback. The senior FS Warrant you talk to should also provide feedback on the narrative.

If you end up filling the entire block, see if some things are in there that everyone already knows about your job that can be filled in with other things.

Include major accomplishments as well as a schools. When you list your PME, don't just state the description, but talk about what you took from your educational experience and how you applied it to your unit
