Unable to log into my military email from my personal computer, so I am unable to verify through email.

Take a DA Photo style picture showing all of your current tattoos while holding the latest AR 670-1 in your left hand. Do not forget your reflective belt. Answer the following question correctly and you will be verified. Should a 2LT salute a 1LT? Choose wisely son.

I was verified through my large amount of Rage. They figured only someone who was in the military can hate that much. No military email and no photo.

You can also email [login to see] with a copy of some proof of service, and they will take care of your account.

Hasn't worked for me yet well over a month later??? sent them my DD214 as well as a copy of my letter of deployment.and my VA award letter.(10% service connected)

That's odd. When I signed up, all I had to do was enter my SSN (or it might have just been the last 4) and full name and it shot me back a verification in a few minutes....and that's with being out for over 20 years.

yes your right my Brother but the person who gave me 30 seconds to remember my service number wasnt a d.i it was a woman marine admin L/cpl roflmao

Member Admins can't help out at this level. This needs to be done at the head shed. If you have been putting in requests for assistance at the help desk and are still waiting there might be an internet issue. I'll tag the powers that be and send them to your thread. Hang tough. MM

SFC Mark Merino, thanks partner... I have been replying to the "Do you need help verifying" email RP sent me... which states "just reply to this email and we'll work it out."

I'm trying to verify also and can't seem to. Keeps asking for my email when I'm on option 2

I am a member of this same club... For what ever reason the system has failed.
Pictures of my ID card, verification from a RP member and one other verification tool has failed to result in a "Verified "status.
I get emails asking for my DD214, but frankly if RP can not use the tools they gave us and the required support documentation asked for.. I'll not be giving them a copy of my DD214.
Seems the marketing and advertisement department of RP works much better then the membership verification department.
Telling as to their priorities, don't you think.

I didn't realize there were problems outside of the email verification. I did send my LES so I'm hoping that information is safeguarded at least.

The problem for me was that Google Groups (where the verification mail goes) rejects the email for content reasons. Finally had to send it to a different address.

Since the online verification system doesn't quite go back to the 8-digit service number era, I tried emailing in a scanned document. It was bounced back as refused by Google Groups. I tinkered with the attachment for a bit without success and finally used the help contact.
