If you are switching to AD from the reserves with a 368 condition release can you get a bonus?

It all depends on what's in the contract or specific to the incentive for retention in effect when you make the transfer. I'd check with your recruiter or retention NCO.

Yes you can, it is called a paycheck and it usually hits your bank account on the 15 and 30 of the month.

You'll have to speak to a Reserve Recruiter on what specific slots/MOS would qualify for a bonus. But, yes you can normally get a bonus when signing up from the National Guard or Active Duty. Make sure it's in the contract!

I'm certain you "can". However, I have never seen it.... and I see a lot of prior service. I rejoined the AD from the NG in 2006 when they were throwing $30k at new soldiers for 3 year enlistments, and I still didn't get a bonus.
