Can you name one (1) country that has improved their relationship with the USA or the USA has improved relations with in the last 7 years??

This country hasn't had the best relationship with us, with numerous human rights violations under the previous administration run by their first president until last year. Under their current president, a lot of changes are being made to improve the nation's infrastructure, and there is a focus on enhancing relations with the U.S, Kazakhstan, and Turkmenistan.
