Failed PsyOps selection due to injuries sustained at selection and getting sent to support once my 16 week recovery is over. Is it possible for me to reclass to 19D which is what I wanted to do when I initially wanted to do when I enlisted

Easy to change if you re-enlist, but to do it otherwise, and others have said is rough. The Army paid to train you to do one job, and they won't be thrilled to spend the money to train you again without getting more time. My useless two cents from an old fart, but I did work in re-enlistment for a few years and did a number of contracts for people to change.

Well I ask this question because I enlisted as a 37F but failed POAS due to sustained injuries but getting reclassed to needs of the Army so was wondering if I had any input on my reclassed MOS

I have no idea today, been 42 years since I left, in my day it was not going to happen unless you knew someone, but there are many who have commented with much more knowledge than I have now.

It sounds like they want to send you back through selection again. If I remember correctly, you should be MOSQ as a 31B already. There are no slots for a 31B at a PYSOPS battalion, or any other support battalion
You can switch to 19D pretty easily in the somewhat near future. Your MOS has to be Overstrength and your requested MOS has to be under strength for you to request a voluntary reclass. You also have to have at least one year on station prior to your class start date. 19D is frequently under strength and 31B is frequently over strength. Another option is to pass Ranger School and to reclass to 11B, there are plenty of recon opportunities in the Infantry world.

Thank you for this! The majority of us getting reclassed have been reclassed to 31B and I will be in a year as of Sept 15 this year so will I be able to request a Calvary Scout spot?

You're not being reclassed, you were already MOS qualified as 31B. It is the same thing the Army does with the 18X, they MOS qualify as 11B, so when they fail the Army has extra 11B's. You are right now a 31B unless they reclass you to something else. They generally only reclass injured people or when the MOS is over strength, they may reclass you to something else.
The year on station starts once you get to your first duty station. You are still an IET Soldier. If they are going to reclass you because of injury then you don't meet the physical requirements for 19D. If you don't get reclassed, you have to wait till you get to your first actual unit in your MOS and then approach your Career Counselor.
Like I said, easiest way is if you are in a PSYOPS BN, or any Airborne unit really, go to Ranger School and pass then you can be easily reclassed to 11B. Trust me, it's a better route in every sense of a career and opportunities. The career field is bigger, you can go to everything a 19D can go to and still get promoted faster, and have more schools available to you.

That's what I'm confused on because they said we were permanent party no longer IET due to us already going thru POAS and got injured at POAS now just waiting until I heal to reclass me from 37X back to 31B thru Support BN. So am I still IET or permanent party or two totally different things?

PFC (Join to see) 37X isn't an MOS, as long as you're a 37X in the Army's eyes you are still in the IET pipeline. You may be treated like permanent party, and you'll probably even be stationed at Bragg. But in big Army terms you are an IET Soldier until you arrive at your first permanent duty station unit

Due to the injury, are they going to recycle you? If not, then your reclass will probably be at the needs of the Army

No I ended up pushing thru my injury but was 100m short when time hack hit on final ruck at selection. Tore MCL, fractured my patella, and fractured my tibia so having to wait for recovery then being sent to Support BN.
