Besides the ribbons that's a lapel trident not one to be worn above ribbons (ie too small) plus it's an officers trident and I don't see his rank so not too sure he should have gold instead of silver for enlisted SEALs.

Yes, there is a lot wrong, but having both Navy and Marine Corps medals does happen - ask a US Navy Corpsman that served as a Marine Corpsman...

I would say that is wrong!! I have been out for a long time, so I am certainly no expert on all the ribbons - but I was a Marine and my dad was a US Navy Corpsman. I know there are several medals that Navy and Marine personnel can wear, but I would say this guy pictured here is BS...
