Occasionally I will post pictures and ask what's wrong with them. Here is another I recently found online. Can you see what's wrong with this pictures?

And go....

He has both the Navy shooting ribbons for marksmanship and they are not in the correct order of wear. A miniature Trident. He has a Gold Life Saving Medal taking precedent over the Silver Star. Basically he just built the rack on whatever he picked up! Star upside down on the Iraqi Campaign Medal.

Where in the world wide web did you find this modern art masterpiece (reference Gunny Hartman from "Full Metal Jacket")???? It's so wrong it's giving me a headache!

To the location on the shirt, to the order, to the multiple ribbons of the same award, to the wrong SEAL pin.... "YOU'RE SO UGLY, YOU COULD BE A MODERN ART MASTERPIECE!!!!"

I mean really... when it comes to ribbons, there are so many free resources on awards and correct order that if you're going to steal valor, at least do SOME research to see what goes where. Gees....

It's 4 ribbons on a row. Medals of order. Off center. Not 1/8 of from seam.

1. Irish pennants all over
2. Trident wrong size
3. Ribbons are 4 across, should be three across
4. Press line, not centered on pocket/shirt.
5. Ribbons are not in correct order...and so on.

Mini- Seal Trident with full size ribbons (not mini-medals), USMC Reserve Ribbon out of precedence with Silver Star Medal, Navy and Marine Corps Meritorious Unit Citation out of order of precedence with Joint Service Achievement Medal, Navy Marksmanship Medal out of order with Combat Action Ribbon, Two National Defense Medals both out of order of precedence, Iraq Campaign Medal device (battle star) pointed down instead of up, Army Overseas Ribbon out of order of precedence, Global War on Terrorism Service Medal and Global War on Terrorism Expeditionary Medal out of order of precedence, Marine Corps Reserve Medal out of order of precedence, and Navy and Marine Corps overseas service ribbon out of order of precedence. If purporting to be a Sailor, too many USMC only awards and why the Army overseas service ribbon? If purporting to be a Marine, he should fact check that there are no Para-Frog Devil Dog SEALs. Obviously this is a poser. Hopefully he is either being prosecuted for Stolen Valor, beaten by a real SEAL or Marine, and or has SCPO Don Shipley on his 6.

The trident is not the correct size for that uniform, the Robbins are from different branches but the ones that are navy are not in the correct order. Hopefully an actual seal will bump into this guy and change his way of thinking. If you want to sport a uniform with decorations, go earn them.
