Thanks for sharing. This reminds me of some training I did with a retired Marine in MMA. Got beat up everytime but it was SO worth it.

Hmmmm with the adrenaline flowing in my body and the fear of visualizing myself about to die, I would take the chance of trying to do what he did in the video.
