PO3 Steven Sherrill I agree it's awesomely hypocritical, but the fact is that Governor Christie has no obligation or even expectation to meet fitness standards. The General does.

LCDR (Join to see) - I agree completely about obligation, but that doesn't mean that Jabba the Governor needs to be the asshole to point it out. Mr. Christie is running for President, he needs to consider what he says, before he says it. It doesn't come across as a leader making a statement to a person under his command, it comes across as, well as you said: hypocritical.
