Coming up on re-enlistment (I have already been to Hood, Baumholder Germany, Hawaii, and Fort Benning). How are Forts Stewart and Bliss?

Every duty station is the same and I say this because a duty station is all in what you make it.

I'm stationed at Fort Bliss now. I actually like it the base and facilities are relatively new. The PX (freedom crossing is by far the best facility I've seen in the military. It has a huge PX, 14 restaurants (Texas Roadhouse, Denny's, Buffalo Wild Wings, Dairy Queen, etc. a large movie theater. El Paso is the city right outside the base it's about 700,000 people( 70% Hispanic) the city has a lot of things to do. Juarez, Mexico is just south of the city (off limits) to Army personnel. So , it's really what you like.
Fort Stewart is 30 mins south of Savannah, Georgia. It's the home of the 3rd Infantry Division, the base is just outside of Himescille, Georgia. On the weekends you can hit I-95 and be in Florida (Jacksonville) in a couple of hours.

I loved my time at Bliss. The post and the greater El Paso area were awesome. The Army has dropped untold millions of dollars there in the last decade and greatly expanded it; not so much in terms of size, because with the training area and nearby White Sands Missile Range, you've got all the room in the world, it expanded in terms of its function and population.
The post has everything: shopping, entertainment & recreation, etc. The housing on post is new or refurbished (or in the process of); housing off post is plentiful and affordable.
It is hot and sunny for 11 months and 2 weeks a year (OK, maybe not THAT much), and while you can see Mexico from your house (in my case, that was literally true) you cannot go there...so there are downsides.
