He handled the situation with a level head and grace....and that was enough to deter this thief. He seems to have exceptional training and that is what makes the difference between a good or poor reaction.

If someone is pointing a gun at \me like that I must assume he intends to shoot me or there is a great chance i wil get shot, If I make that fatefull decision to pull my weapon I am immediately going to shoot. Pointing a gun at someone who is pointing a gun at you is asking to be shot, in a situation like that if you pull your weapon yuou have to use that guy got lucky

Guns are a tool. No more good or bad then the individual wielding the tool. In this case the video shows both good and bad. I applaud the clerk for demonstrating proper use of a firearm.
