I submitted a conditional release packet 7 months ago and I’m still waiting on my 368 form, the General signed my 4187 already but not the 368 since someone submitted my 368 to USAR instead to the General because that person thought it was USAR who needed to signed

Is there a Question in there somewhere? Yes, the first General in your chain of command is the signature that you are required. My experience on the Guard side would be that 90-100 days would have been quick. You going to the Active Army isn't very high on anyone's priority list.

I posted a longer post but was cut out. Let's see if I can post the whole thing here: I submitted a conditional release 7 months ago and I’m still waiting for the 368 form, the 4187 has been signed by the General already but the 368 was submitted to USAR instead to the General because someone thought USAR should be the one to sign the 368 and not the General because I am an officer; so now the form has been re-directed to the General on August 5th but I wonder how much longer? My other question is, once the 368 form is signed how long it will take until I get my orders (recruiter, MEPS, order, etc). Another thing is that I would like to switch branch and I have been told that I can negotiate this on MEPS is this true? I haven’t gone through CCC yet. Lastly, I am submitting all this as a 1LT so everything will go as 1LT but I should pin CPT NLT November, would this affect the process? I have no contract nor obligation with the reserve. Thank you in advance.

Sir, you definitely need to follow up this request. I am not to familiar with COMPO2/3 separations, but have knowledge in COMPO 1. Are separating cold turkey or looking to transfer to COMPO1?
