Define "bait and switch." Have you ever seen this tactic being used in business, social settings, politics, or other encounters?

CPT (Join to see) While walking thru downtown Seoul in 1955, a native offered to buy my Nikon camera for a lot of MPC. While keeping my camera firmly in my control, I did a fast check of the roll of the MPC he was holding out to me. It was a 'flash roll', with a large bill on the outside of a lot of singles! I cussed him out and kept my camera! If my battle had not been watching girls, I would have flipped the camera to him and kept the flash roll!
