Has anyone completed it? Did you do it online or mail in? The MPV visit they are talking about; is that in person or phone? I was reading through it. A lot of questions!

Cpl. Burk, yes I did a year or so ago. I did mind in person.Filled out paper work went to a special section at the VA and did my little interview. Hour or less. Nothing to it.

Have not heard of it, have not received any paperwork, and really don't expect to. VA has no clue who i am as I do not rate VA (med).
