For those who were in the service or had a spouse in the service when they got married did you have a military wedding? Why or why not?

Yes, all the way that they should write regulations about it!

Mostly, with a few modifications

I wore my uniform/my spouse wore their uniform

No

For OPSEC reasons my spouse does not know that I am in the military....nor do you....I am not here...

The first two times I wore my uniform but the third time I didn't. I got married in the Philippines so that would be a bit dangerous.

It was a bit odd, Small Base in West Virginia, Chaplain/Local Catholic Priest. Half the folks in Uniform, half not. Performed in the base theater/all purpose room/chapel. Uniform was the Old Navy Johnny Cash (Working Blues) Uniform.
