When I saw this headline I knew exactly what this is about. Retaliation. Congressman Steve Russell requested the training records of the recent female Ranger school graduates, the West Point women struck back by requesting his Ranger school training records.

Fair play?

Sometimes we're (the military) are our own worst enemies.

This divisive mentality does not breed a better fighting force. It makes us look like children fighting.

Before this began, it was stated in no uncertain terms the "standards weren't going to change." While it was going on, it was reiterated that the "standards weren't changing." After it was over it was again stated, "the standards didn't change."

No good can come of this, other than making everyone involved look like idiots.

If the standards have been "changed" then it calls into question the integrity of the program making us look like idiots. If the standards didn't change, it makes those who have been yelling look like idiots. Wait, that's "us."

Sgt Aaron Kennedy, but on the positive side, I see that these West Point Women are better developing their psych Ops skills; which is good training. History lesson, it was an ARMY officer that put and end to Senator McCarthy.

Their record should stand for itself.
