Disrespecting the President of the United Sates of America.

I have seen more and more lately other service members showing content and openly disrespecting the current Administration. I have had to correct a few of my soldiers and inform them that this is not a practice that we partake in in the Army, or military on a whole. I don't know if it is like this with every President, but I know that obviously, there is no leader in the world who is liked by all of the people of their country. With this being said though, why is it that there seems to be so much disrespect towards our current President, and why is it that there are people who are in the military who don't understand that regardless of how you feel about the POTUS, it is not your place, nor is it your right to speak out against that person, while you are in the military?
