I can no longer find a pair of boots that is listed above EE. I'm trying to buy new Coyote boots for the new uniform and I can't find a single pair wide enough. I've tried ordering online but no luck. Anyone know of a custom manufacturer that makes EXTRA wide anymore?

Yes my husband wears a wide, but I have seen extra wide coyote boots on eBay.

Thanks CSM...it's killing me. I've tried on about 10-11 different pairs at this point. I just found the pair in tan that I am currently wearing and trying that one next. I never used to have an issue, but it seems like recently the boots are getting more and more narrow.

This is purely a suggestion, and might obv involve some cost, certainly. However for whatever it might be worth, have you ever given any thought to trying to find anyone by you that might actually make custom shoes and or boots, as well as other footware? I'm reasonably certain such capability still exists though it is obv rare in the present day certainly , that's all I'm trying to say, honest. If I find anything I'll try to submit it here on the off chance it might possibly do you any good, if you might have an interest, you never know, I might luck out and find something that might be worthwhile looking into, honest, many thanks, hope was useful .

I follow, try looking at and or calling that one group I had sent the link for, if only to be able to chat with them, if nothing else. Also you could ask TRICARE possibly and or any of the VA facilities around you, ive known of instances where svc mbrs could posbly ask for VA Hosp help if their own installation might not have something they needed. It's rare admittedly, however, I have seen and or known of such instances. What you're seeking might well fall in such a spectrum of possibilities, assuming the cost formyoumto lay out initially might be prohibitive. Then too you might consider paying yourself if the cost is manageable, and possibly seeing if you could get reimbursed, or, purely as another thought, if provided as a necessary clinical expense, directly related to and or relevant for or needed in your work, which, I'd expect, might well be the case from the standpoint purely of comfort, you might ask possibly someone experienced and or competent in such things whether you might conceivably be able to submit such a purchase as a tax deduction. Please understand I obviously have no idea whether any of the foregoing might be at all doable, it's just that your problem merely struck me as of interest, so I just figured I'd offer a few purely off the cuff suggestions, merely on the off chance any of them might conceivably do you any good , that's all, honest, hope you find any of it of any potential value, would be most eager to know your thoughts further, whenever might be convenient.

I wore 4E width boots cause I have wicked wide Barney Rubble feet. I settled with what I could get and wore just wide boots (until the sides busted out) for about a decade until I started having severe foot problems from my feet curling in my boots. I eventually had to start special ordering boots to get any that fit and wouldn't cause more foot damage. My podiatrist is well known with the military community here and helps special order boots through his contacts for the guys at the base that need something custom or extra wide to accommodate their feet.

I have the same problem. I wear 4E extra wide boots. A couple of manufacturers make extra wide, but they are 3E extra wide meaning I would have to go up 3 more sizes to fit my foot in. Even the boot manufacturers who make issue boots don't sell those sizes, they have to be ordered through clothing and sales.

I have the same problem with running shoes. Not even New Balance EEEE fit me.

Coyote Brown Footwear @ TacticalGear.com
In August 2015, the U.S. Army started the transition from desert tan boots to coyote brown boots. Dark, stain-hiding and more effective at providing concealment than the lighter desert tan boots, coyote brown boots were adopted in conjunction with the announcement of the new OCP ACUs. By October...

Interesting, I'm going to contact them for clarification because it says their boots are extra wide, and they interpret that as EEE

Here's an example http://trumold.com/faqs.html I don't know if this is the sort of thing you might need to get somethingmcomfortable or even if they or other such groups might be covered for svc mbrs though you never know as I'd said before you could ask, if only to try to look into the whole possibility you know ? Hope was a help be eager for any thoughts many thanks.

If you have a shoe/boot size that is not normal, you may be able to special order at Gov’t cost what you need. Ask your Supply Sergeant, he would be more knowledgeable in this area than I am. See AR 32-4 SPECIAL MEASUREMENT CLOTHING AND FOOTWEAR, ORTHOPEDIC FOOTWEAR, GUIDONS, STREAMERS, AND FLAGS, there is also within a CTA (don’t remember the number) on the subject of personnel who cannot be fitted through the regular supply system.

Wow, that would be pretty awesome. Thanks. I don't mind paying, but it's hard to find anything that's listed more than EE
