Do Mattis and McCain tend to agree with one another on foreign policy?

I'm wondering whether Mattis and McCain usually agree on important foreign policy matters, or whether they tend to butt heads. I don't follow politics closely enough, so was hoping folks could chime in. Specifically interested in matters involving the use of military forces in places like Syria, Iraq, etc. Thanks in advance.

I just Don't trust McCain any more with his involvement in the Syrian Rebels and ISIS and the Gang of 8... and he is Not wrapped to Tight any more...

I sure hope not, McCain is a nightmare when it comes to foreign policy.

I don't think it really matters. Neither one of them sets foreign policy.
